Visit the pipe organ of a large parisian church

The pipe organ is a fascinating musical instrument, aiming to replace a whole orchestra at itself.
Created in the ancient times and developed from the 15th century in Paris, it is mainly found in churches and cathedrals and uses the classic and sacred repertory of Bach, Liszt, Saint-Saens, Haendel and many other composers.
Together with your English-speaking guide, you will be at the side of the parish organist on the organ-loft. You will hear and see him playing, and he will explain the various parts and possibilities of the instrument. You will get to know the history of the organs, and you will penetrate into the organ-chestand walk amidst its mechanics to see how it works.
An informative and unique visit for music lovers or the just curious!
From Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 5:15pm. Saturdays & Sundays on request.
