The Brasserie Mollard is one of Paris most beautifully decorated Restaurant . Built in a typical 1900 style, it is listed today as a historical monument. The Brasserie was built by E. Niermans, architect of the very famous Hotel Negresco in Nice, the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo and the Moulin Rouge. An employee of the Brasserie will help us discover the hidden secrets behind this impressive decor and explain exactly how the Restaurant functions.
