In Napoleon's Footsteps: Private Walking Tour

Undeniably Napoleon Bonaparte was a great political and military strategist.
He was admired by his soldiers and generals, and is still today admired for his clear-sightedness in the battlefields. As a Conqueror, he tried to subjugate the entire Europe from England to Moscow, as an emperor, he imposed his imperial vision on every aspect of life.

That tour is meant to remind you the extraordinary story of that character, to show you Napoleon’s hallmark on the architecture of Paris, and, last but not least, to evoke a mystery: who lies in Napoleon’s tomb within the Army Museum?

From rue de Rivoli, you will stroll past place Vendôme, Madeleine, Assemblée nationale, Arc de Triomphe, Carrousel and tuileries, and then his tomb.
