Gérard Mulot has been running a famous pastry shop in St-Germain-des-Près district for more than 25 years. You are offered to visit his new laboratory in the 13th arrondissement, and meet two pastry chef, Patrick Leclercq and Benjamin Bassano and a chocolate chef, Joanne, who will deliver the secrets of their delicious production.
