Cooking class with Chef Marthe: Macaroons !

Learn how to make yourself these wonderful foodies: macaroons!
Under the Chef Marthe's watchful eye, you discover all the culinary secrets to succeed in making these delicate pastries. The class takes place in the kitchen of a private apartment, with family utensils and equipment, so that you can easily make them at home. The class has from 2 to 8 participants. Two flavors are chosen and cooked by the group among the following ones:
- Chocolate and cocoa
- Lemon
- Raspberry with tonka bean
- Coconut with milk chocolate
- Coffee
 
You take away the macaroons after the class and share them with your friends. A copy of the recipe is remitted.
Class from 3 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, from 2 to 8 participants.
